BOOKING AND PAYMENT
 

  • Is it safe to pay online?

Yes.  When you pay by credit card your data go through a secure and encrypted connection and the payment is managed by Stripe.com, world leader for safe online transactions.
 

  • Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit cards.
 

  • Will you send me an invoice?

Yes. We produce an invoice automatically for each transaction. We will send it to you by email or you can also download it from your administration area. If you don´t receive your invoice within 2-3 days after payment please contact us at bookings@costaexcursions.com
 

  • I made the payment, what now?

Now we will make all the necessary arrangements for your services. In 2-3 days you will receive an email with the final invoice in PDF and also the excursion slip with all the details of your services (meeting point, excursion details, etc.).  
 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel a booking for a full refund up to 10 days before the excursion is scheduled to take place. This is measured against the start of the day of the excursion in the local time zone where the shore excursion is to take place.

No refunds will be offered for any cancellations that occur within 10 days before the excursion is scheduled to take place.

No refunds will be made to any guest who fails to show up for an excursion departure at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all of the services scheduled to be provided by an excursion.

If the excursion cannot take place due to weather, or an equipment problem prevents the tour operator from providing the shore excursion, a full refund may be issued at CostaExcursions 's sole discretion.

Members of any excursion who elect to leave the designated excursion transportation must provide their own transportation at their own expense back to the landing place of the ship or excursion origin.

CostaExcursions reserves the right to cancel confirmed shore excursions. While we expect this to happen very rarely, a full refund will be paid if this occurs.

If the ship does not arrive to the port of call for whatever reason, the shore excursion will be fully refunded. It is your responsibility to notify CostaExcursions in writing of the circumstances within 7 days of the scheduled shore excursion departure and request the refund accordingly.

If the ship is delayed in arrival and clearance to the port so that you cannot make the scheduled shore excursion, the excursion may be refunded to you only if you adhere to the following requirements:

  1. You must notify CostaExcursions within 7 days of the missed shore excursion.
  2. You must provide CostaExcursions any supporting documentation required for their investigation.

If the excursion cannot take place due to weather, or an equipment problem prevents the tour operator from providing the shore excursion, a full refund may be issued at CostaExcursions 's sole discretion.

Any other requests for refunds, while unlikely, will be decided on a case by case basis and shall be decided using the sole discretion of CostaExcursions .

Occasionally CostaExcursions may make changes to excursion dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, CostaExcursions reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, excursion, ticket or product that you have booked at website, at any time, for any reason.

In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you may be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

Notwithstanding the above, we make every reasonable effort to work with you, in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible.

 

  • I didn't receive the excursion slip, what should I do?

We will send you the excursion slip at the same time we send you your invoice, 1-2 days after payment. If your tour is due in less than one week and you still have not received the vouchers please email us at bookings@costaexcursions.com 
 

  • What kind of information do you need to book one of your excursions through your website?

For Pre-booking, we require your name, address, email, phone, date of your excursion, number of passengers. To make a payment we require your credit card number (mastercard or visa) along with expiry date and security code (last 3 digits code on the back of your card), and the name of the credir card holder.

 

 

EXCURSIONS

  • How many people per group do you allow on your excursions? 

We allow a maximun of 8 people per excursion, with a minimun of 2

 

  • Are excursion tickets included in the price? 

In the description page of each tour you will find the information regarding what´s included and what is not included for each excursion

 

  • Do you offer excursions for cruise passengers?

Yes. We offer excursions from Malaga port 

 

  • I don't find the tour I want, what can I do?

If you cannot find the tour you want, no worries. Just email us explaining what you are looking for and we will be happy to make a customized solution based on your needs.

  

  •  Do the excursions include transportation? 

In the description page of each tour you will find the information regarding transportation. All the excursions out of Malaga city include transportation (e.g. shore excursions, and daytrips). If you are not sure email us and we will be happy to provide all clarifications you may need

 

  • Where will I meet the driver/guide?

For shore excursions, your driver/guide will be waiting for you at your ship´s exit point. For day excursions your driver/guide will be waiting for your at your specified meeting point filled on the booking form
 

  • How will I recognize the excursion driver/guide?

For shore excursions and day tours, your guide will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it.
