Cancellation / Refund Process
You can cancel a booking up to 30 days before the excursion is scheduled to take place. This is measured against the start of the day of the excursion in the local time zone where the shore excursion or day trip is to take place. An administration fee of 10% of the total paid amount will be deducted from the refunded due amount
